Eccentric Ninety

The gap between climate intention and climate action rarely closes on its own. Whether your organization is building a strategy, trying to get people to act on one, or still figuring out what a changing world means for your sector, the barriers are specific. I spent years identifying exactly where organizations lose momentum and why.

Adaptation is what your organization does when the world changes. Resilience is what makes you capable of doing it again as the world keeps changing. That is what E90 builds.

Eccentric Ninety works with organizations, municipalities, NGOs, and community groups to build both through training, workshops, and speaking built around the specific barriers getting in your way.

Out of the center. Into action.

Eccentric Ninety is built on a simple premise. The patterns that got us here will not get us through what comes next. Real resilience requires people organizations willing to think and operate differently. To move out of familiar patterns and into something more adaptive and better prepared for the future.

Applied climate adaptation and resilience for organizations at every stage of their journey.

What is E90

Who this is for

Built for the organizations already doing the work and the ones ready to start.

Corporations navigating ESG commitments and supply chain pressures. Municipalities preparing communities for what is already happening. NGOs working on the ground with limited resources. Community organizations trying to make sense of it all.

People who understand what climate change means for their sector, their work, and their community are the ones who close the gap between climate intention and climate action.

"Climate change is not one problem. It is the context for every problem your organization is already trying to solve."

The expertise behind E90

Kylie Paul brings both the scientific foundation and on the ground experience that climate engagements rarely have.

With a decade of experience as an environmental scientist, project manager, and climate advisor, she has collaborated with engineering and construction firms, academic institutions, and organizations across the hydro, nuclear, solar, transportation, and infrastructure sectors on a local and international level.

Her master's research examined why climate action stalls and what gets in the way. That research became the foundation of Eccentric Ninety.

As a climate journalist she translates complex climate data into language that builds literacy and moves organizations closer to closing the gap between climate intention and action, making the science accessible and actionable for any audience regardless of their technical background.

Audiences who want to leave climate presentations feeling informed but understand what to do next.

For conferences, summits, and internal events that need a voice grounded in both the science and the human side of climate change. Each engagement is designed to move your audience from awareness into action.

Climate Literacy Training

People are aware that our climate is changing. Knowing climate change is happening and knowing what it means for your specific role are two different things.

Training bridges that gap and grounds your team in the science behind what is happening and what it means for their work.

"Climate literacy is not just understanding the science. It is understanding how climate change affects the way people think, feel, lead, and make decisions."
