Learn how to adapt and become resilient in a changing world.

For the organization ready to build resilience.

For the woman ready to find out who she is underneath the roles and titles.

The work looks different. The root is the same.

How do these two worlds connect?

What I know from both bodies of work is this. When we stop anchoring who we are to the external and start building from the inside, everything changes. How we lead. How we relate. How we show up for the people and places around us. That internal anchoring is not separate from our relationship to the natural world. It is the foundation of it.

For women

For organizations

Who a woman is has always been there. It has just been covered up by roles, and responsibilities.

Most organizations are navigating more complexity than their current structures were built for.

While living in a world that taught her to build her identity on things that can be taken away. When those things go, so does her sense of self. What feels like losing direction, losing confidence, or simply not recognizing herself anymore is an identity that has not been fully examined.

The systems around them are shifting, the communities they serve are changing, and the people within them are being asked to do more with less clarity than ever before.

You cannot fully connect to something outside yourself until you are connected to what is within you.

I teach individuals, groups, communities, and organizations how to adapt and become resilient in their internal and external worlds.

Hi, I'm Kylie.

The people who find this work are rarely here by accident.

I bring with me a decade of environmental science, lived experience rebuilding from nothing, and processes I developed through The Solstice Network and Eccentric Ninety because nothing like them existed when I needed them most.

Chronic illness exposed everything I thought I was and I had to rebuild from scratch with no guide and no roadmap. What I found on the other side is the same thing I had spent a decade studying in ecosystems and communities facing climate disruption. When everything shifts, the people and organizations that make it through are not the ones waiting for things to stabilize. They are the ones grounded enough in who they are to keep moving.

That is what I teach. To women ready to find out who they actually are underneath the roles and titles and to organizations navigating a world that keeps changing faster than any strategy can keep up with.

The Solstice Method is the process I built to help you claim who you actually are underneath the roles and expectations, so that nothing external can take it away.

Available as a 1:1 experience, group workshops, and events.

For organizations and communities.

The Solstice Method

For organizations ready to bring identity work to their people.

Your teams are navigating more change than any job description prepared them for. Whether you are a corporation, municipality, NGO, or planning a women's event, the need is the same. People who know who they are under pressure make better decisions, lead more effectively, and do not burn out when things get hard.

I bring this work to stages, boardrooms, and community spaces.

Not sure which is right for you?

Let's figure it out together.

Claiming who you are when everything shifts and building an adaptable, resilient future are not two different things.

I design custom workshops and experiences that explore the connection between identity and climate for your community.

Climate Resilience

The gap between what is planned and what gets implemented is where most organizations lose momentum. Whether you are in the private, public, or community sector, the difference comes down to having leadership and teams that are climate literate, know how to apply that knowledge, and are built to move through change with confidence.

I bring this work into organizations through Eccentric Ninety training, workshops, and speaking engagements built around what your team actually needs.
