Perspective Kylie brings

The Implementation Gap. Most climate plans fail before they ever get implemented. The barriers are rarely science or technology. Audiences leave understanding exactly what the barrier actually is and what it takes to close it.

The internal and external connection. You cannot build an adaptable, resilient future externally until people understand who they are internally. Audiences leave with a reframe that connects personal resilience to organizational adaptability in a way they have not heard before.

Featured Keynote

Why climate action stalls After years of studying climate implementation at the community level, the barriers are never what most people expect. This talk gets to the root of what actually stops progress, climate anxiety, and what it takes to move it forward.

Speaking & Workshop Topics

Climate change is personal How climate disruption is already affecting the way people think, lead, and make decisions. The part of climate change most people are disconnected from.

You cannot adapt externally until you understand yourself internally The organizations and communities building lasting climate resilience understand that the work starts with people. This talk connects the external to the internal.

Climate literacy belongs to everyone When climate knowledge lives with one person or one team the whole organization is exposed. This talk is about what changes when everyone understands their part in it.

What resilience actually looks like Resilience is something you build deliberately. This talk shows exactly how.

None of these quite fit? Every engagement can be designed around your organization, your audience, and event.
