The Solstice Network is built on a simple understanding. The identity you have been living inside was built around everything external. What you do, who you show up for, and what others have always expected from you. That version of you was never the whole picture.
Identity coaching requires going underneath all of it. To what was always yours before the roles, the titles, and the expectations covered it up.
This is a structured process for uncovering who you actually are and building every part of your life from there.

The expertise behind the network
Kylie Paul lived the version of this work that had no guide, no process, and no one who understood that what she was going through was not just a health crisis. It was an identity crisis.
What she built on the other side of that became The Solstice Method. A framework developed from years of the hardest questions she had ever sat with, grounded in her background as an environmental scientist who spent a decade studying how living systems survive disruption and reorganize into something more resilient because of it.
She brings the same rigor she applied to understanding ecological systems to identity coaching for women and organizations. The patterns are the same. Identity collapses when it was built on a foundation that was never fully examined. The Solstice Method exists to change that.
This work is built from lived experience, a decade of scientific training, and a process she developed because nothing like it existed when she needed it most.
